The Callaway FCG National Tour hosted the 2nd Annual FCG Nor Cal Championship at the beautiful Quail Lodge Resort in Carmel Valley, CA on May 29-30, 2010. 56 Players from around Nor Cal and So Cal competed on a course in perfect condition.
The weather was warm, summy, and breezy! Thank you to Casey Christensen and his staff at Quail Lodge for a great experience.

Boys All Stars

Skyler Finnell
2010 Champion

Skyler Finnell wins by 8 strokes! Congratulations to local Carmel resident Skyler Finnell on his victory at the 2nd Annual FCG Nor Cal Championship. The Top 3 finishers this year are all sophomores and 2012 graduates. 2nd place goes to Pebble Beach native Kraig McLeod at 152 and San Diego's Bobby Gonjuangco also posts 152. Congratulations to all players in the Boys 18 and under division. Skyler also won a New Jaio Sports Rangefinder and Stat Tracker!

Paige Lee from Folsom, CA is our Champion! This was Paige's first event with FCG and she showed her skills firing two solid rounds of 73-77 to take first by just one stroke over defending Champion Casie Cathrea. Coming in 3rd place is local Alicia Binneboise with two solid rounds of 76-77.

Another first time winner on the FCG National Tour is Qilliam Brueckner who plays 2 solid rounds at 71-72-143 to win the event! Coming in solo 2nd place is Jonathon Lin from Fremont, CA and in 3rd place also from Fremont is Hayden Shieh. Way to go 13-15 Boys on the tough layout.

Also special congratulations to Sebastian Crampton who on day 1 scored the first ever DOUBLE EAGLE in a FCG Tournament History. Way to go Sebastian!

WOWZA! Sahith Theegala scores an impressive 69-67 to win the Boys 11-12 Division! This division is so much fun to watch. Coming in 2nd place is San Diego's Norman Xiong with 2 solid rounds of 72-72. Coming in 3rd place is Salinas, CA native Sunny Yan with round sof 72-73. Good job 11-12 Boys...

These girls are Good! Nice playing Hannah O'Sullivan who wins by an impressive 13 strokes shooting 68-67 on the par 71 layout. 135 is the 3rd lowest 36-Hole total ever shot on our tour! Coming in 2nd place is Escondido Power Hitter Haley Moore who posted rounds of 76-72. Coming in 3rd place is Chula Vista's Jessica Mangrobang with a pair of 81's! Way to go girls... we will see you at the Junior Masters next month.

No stranger to winning.. Devon Bling takes 1st with solid rounds of 72-76 at Quail Lodge to win! Coming in 2nd place is Pal Alto's Andy Zhou with 77-78. Coming in 3rd place is sweet swinging lefty Riley Klingelberg with rounds of 82-78. Way to go 10 and under boys!
