Chris Smeal, the Head Instructor for the Future Champions Golf program, began playing golf at age 15. By Age 17, Chris was a scratch golfer and was beginning to win tournaments. At age 18 he was awarded a scholarship to play at SDSU, had won 10 mini-tour amateur events, and had qualified for other prestigious amateur events. He also finished 2nd in CIF in San Diego and 4th at the Southern California Regionals at SCGA Members Club.
Since becoming a PGA Teaching Professional at Stadium Golf Center, he has helped many of San Diego's High School Players better their scores and has helped teach them how to develop their golf game quickly.
Chris has alaso worked with the following High School Teams during their season. He has helped with instruction and practice programs.
