Future Champions Golf hosted its first out of state event in Dallas, TX on April 17-18, 2010. Unfortunately the event was cut to just one day of competition as the weather was uncooperative. The event was an open qualifier for Callaway Junior World with 64 competitiors playing. All players returned to the course on day 2 with hopes of playing but the course just had too much water. USGA Rules state that you must go back to round 1 scores to determine the Champion. Some of the divisions had a tie for 1st place so we held a sudden death playoff on the dryest holes at Bear Creek Golf Club. Thank you to all players and families for making it out to the event. Hopefully next year will bring good weather!
