even more important to have the right length and weight.
I highly recommend the US KIDS brand of clubs
for kids 12 years and younger. For the beginning junior the colored series is perfect. For a more advanced junior I recommend the Championship series.

For kids ages 13-15 women's clubs are a great option. They are usually close to the right size and arelighter to help create speed. The clubs can be adjusted to fit properly.
Please ask Coleman at Stadium Golf Center how you can get a set of clubs
to fit you just right.

The worst thing a kid can use is a club too long and too heavy. Cut-down clubs,
even though they may be the right length, are probably much too heavy and the results
will be not as good as a lightweight kid-specific club.
You can purchase even just one club for about $25- well worth the expense.
